Safety & Rental Policies
- Driver Requirements: Drivers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Rules of the Road: All traffic laws must be obeyed. LSV are not permitted on roads with speed limits over 35 MPH. Always wear seatbelts and keep all limbs inside the LSV.
- Prohibited Uses: Off-road driving, including on sidewalks or dunes, is strictly prohibited. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- Inspection: We perform a pre-rental inspection with every customer. Please report any existing damage before you depart.
